FULL POTATO POWER – PASSION – PROFESSIONALISM – QUALITY
The aim of the conference is to demonstrate the possibility of producing high-quality food in the context of the Circular Economy and Economy 4.0. Access to innovative energy sources and digital technologies in combination with the country’s production potential, cooperation of potato producers and processors gives the opportunity to cooperate with the global market based on new products.
The conference’s motto is: FULL POTATO POWER – FULL POTATO POWER. Conference speakers will be selected on the basis of cooperation and talks with general sponsors, whose representatives will also take an active part in the selection of specific topics for individual presentations.
The conference is to take place in the form of a ring where the auditorium will witness three 50-minute thematic blocks where two 20-minute presentation rounds and a 10-minute summary speech will take place. During each of the rounds, two appropriately selected adversaries will speak, who, based on the questions asked by the moderator, will discuss the thesis presented by them. Electronic voting will be conducted during each of the rounds, which will allow to obtain many answers to bothering questions regarding the current state of the industry, attitudes and general moods and plans for the future.
