9:30am – 10am Grand fair opening by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, President of National Council of Agricultural Chambers (KRIR), as well as representatives of Polish Potato Federation, Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute (IHAR), and local authorities.

10am – 10:30am A tour around trade fair exhibitions and a 15-20 min briefing by the Minister and selected officials presenting the Program for Polish Potato and the assumptions of exhibition and conference

10:30am – 5pm Culinary festival

11:00am –5pm Scientific and technical conference

9am Opening of the fair for visitors

11am – 1pm Culinary festival, including s culinary battle combined with a competition for the tastiest potato variety at POTATO POLAND 2020.

2pm Draw of the main prize of the fair

FULL POTATO POWER - PASSION – PROFESSIONALISM – QUALITY

AGENDA SZCZEGÓŁOWA KONFERENCJI – PEŁNA MOC ZIEMNIAKA – PASJA – PROFESJONALIZM – JAKOŚĆ

Celem konferencji jest wykazanie możliwości produkcji wysokiej jakości żywności w aspekcie Gospodarki o obiegu zamkniętym oraz Gospodarki 4.0. Dostęp do innowacyjnych źródeł energii i technologii cyfrowych w połączeniu z potencjałem produkcyjnym kraju, współpracą producentów i przetwórców ziemniaka daje możliwości kooperacji z rynkiem światowym w oparciu o nowe produkty.

Hasłem przewodnim konferencji jest: PEŁNA MOC ZIEMNIAKA – FULL POTATO POWER. Prelegenci konferencji zostaną wyłonieni na podstawie współpracy i rozmów ze sponsorami generalnymi, których przedstawiciele wezmą również czynny udział w doborze szczegółowych tematów poszczególnych prezentacji.

Konferencja ma odbyć się w formie ringu gdzie audytorium będzie świadkiem trzech 50 minutowych bloków tematycznych gdzie odbędą się dwie 20 minutowe rundy prezentacyjne oraz 10 minutowe wystąpienie podsumowujące. W trakcie każdej z rund głos zabiorą dwaj odpowiednio dobrani adwersarze, którzy w oparciu o pytania zadawane przez moderatora prowadzić będą dyskusję do przedstawianej przez siebie tezy. Podczas każdej z rund przeprowadzane będą głosowania elektroniczne, co pozwoli na uzyskanie wielu odpowiedzi na nurtujące pytania z zakresu obecnego stanu branży, nastawienia i ogólnych nastrojów oraz planów na przyszłość.
